Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about AI-DISPO® clinical specifications, Blister vs. Ribbon packaging, sterilization, export ordering, and complimentary sample requests.

PACKAGING COMPARISON

AI-DISPO® provides two distinct sterile primary packaging options tailored to your hospital and clinical distribution workflows:

  • Blister Pack (Individual Thermoformed Pack): Engineered with premium 60 GSM medical-grade paper and a transparent peelable film. It delivers maximum puncture resistance, superior ETO gas penetration, and fiber-free aseptic peel opening. Ideal for surgical theatres, ICUs, and international institutional tenders.
  • Ribbon Pack (Tear-Strip Poly-Pack): Constructed from durable multi-layer laminated polyethylene film strips. Designed for high-speed automated dispensing, high-volume routine ward injection, and cost-effective bulk healthcare campaigns.
ETO STERILITY • 5-YEAR SHELF LIFE

Every AI-DISPO® syringe undergoes 100% In-House industrial Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization cycles validated under ISO 11135. The products have a certified shelf life of 5 years (60 months) from the date of manufacture when stored in their original unopened packaging under standard dry warehouse conditions (5°C to 40°C).

SAME-DAY SAMPLE DISPATCH

Yes. We provide Complimentary Clinical Evaluation Kits to certified medical centers, hospitals, and licensed distributors worldwide. Sample kits contain sterile samples of 1mL, 2mL, 5mL, 10mL syringes (in both Blister and Ribbon packs) alongside comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (COA) compliance dossiers. We dispatch standard sample kits within 24 hours of verification.

CLINICAL FLUIDICS

Our Low Dead Space (LDS) design features an extended piston protrusion that completely clears the nozzle hub when fully depressed. This reduces medication residual fluid waste to < 0.005 mL per injection (compared to > 0.07 mL in conventional syringes), ensuring maximum dose extraction for high-value vaccines, insulin, and biologic medications.

OEM & EXPORT CAPABILITY

Our standard export MOQ is 10,000 units for AI-DISPO® branded stock products. For full OEM private labeling (customized outer boxes, inner blister artwork in English/French/Spanish/Arabic, localized barcodes, and hospital branding), specific batch MOQs apply. Contact our export desk at export@aidispo.com for exact container-load configurations.

REGULATORY CREDENTIALS

Goel Allied Industries operates certified Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) cleanrooms compliant with:

  • WHO-GMP: World Health Organization Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • CDSCO: Central Drugs Standard Control Organization manufacturing licenses (Form MD-5 / MD-9).
  • ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485: Medical Device Quality Management Systems.
  • CE Certification: European medical device compliance.
NOZZLE GEOMETRY

Luer Lock (LL): Recommended for high-pressure applications, syringe infusion pumps, dense viscous solutions, and arterial blood gas sampling where needle disconnection must be mechanically prevented.

Luer Slip (LS): Recommended for rapid routine injections, standard vaccination clinics, and non-pressurized aspiration procedures.

ISO 6009 COLOR MATRIX

Yes. All AI-DISPO® needle hubs are molded with medical-grade non-toxic pigments strictly conforming to ISO 6009 universal color codes (e.g., Green for 21G, Black for 22G, Deep Blue for 23G, Purple for 24G, Brown for 26G). This eliminates clinical error during fast-paced emergency and surgical administration.
